How do I unequip turf upgrades above my level?

I recently capped a turf with a Smuggling Tunnel but there’s no option to unequip it. Do I need to hit level 60 before I can unequip it? Also should I rush over to level 60 now just to unequip the Smuggling Tunnel or build more mob first, leaving that upgrade vulnerable the entire time?

You have to be lev 60 to unequip it. Happened to me also. A couple I just gave away to nearby mobsters, a few others I held. If you’re worried maybe you can try to “disguise” the loot and use that and make up the rest of the influence with regular upgrades so it looks like an ordinary 86inf turf
