Cant see the beta chat

Hi, when I go to my family section I can’t see the beta chat that I’ve heard about. How do I fix this?

No, inside the app. It’s at the top of your “News” tab.

All there is a “notifications” and “manage” and when I click that all of them are turned on

Top left corner of the beta chat tab. Does it say offline? If so move it to online.
