How do I use an airport? I have a territory next to one but it says o don’t and that the nearest airport is like a hundred something miles away.

Not every airport is valid in the game. You’re going to have to hop to the airport it tells you to.

I ran your list. Augusta State Airport isn’t a valid airport. Hop to the one that’s a hundred something miles away.
