Issue with map

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro. Wherever I am on the map, when I tap to add a turf, it takes me to my current location. My current location is the only place I can claim new turf unless I cap a turf somewhere else. Any ideas how to fix this? TYIA.

Not really mate, I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max and that has never happened.

Generally on the map page, on the header between the refresh button and + sign are the words Turf Map. Touching this brings you back to your location. Seems that is happening to your whole screen.

You can plant on the map if you turn your gps off

So I finally got around to trying this. If I turn the location services off, I’m not allowed to fight or claim turf. Any other suggestions?

Actually, tapping “Turf Map” doesn’t do anything for me now. Only refresh and + take me to my current location.

Deleting and reinstalling the app worked!
