Do missions. Loads and loads of missions. Quickest way. Save up money in the bank and build up your turfs.

Do the ransom mission and upgrade energy when you lvl. Keep upping your mob and do missions whenever you can. When you fight, make sure you attack people near you in mob members because they give you the most exp
