  I think I read somewhere that it is something like 50% of your non-hench mob size, i.e. with 1000 mob, you can have 500 hench for a total of 1500. But I forgot where I read this, so it might be a mix-up from my part.

  pretty sure the limit is 75% of your real mob unless thats changed
