Strategy for Dead Zones?

I play in a pretty quiet zone; a lot of empty turf & the few players I see don’t seem active. Does it make sense to just concentrate on energy & save $/points on Attack & Defense so I can fill space & make money?

Never put skill points in attack or defense they are useless

Maximize income. I see a lot of sub-86 turf in your area which you could tax. When you have enough in-game cash, get hopping to an airport.

Don't forget to mob-up! In the beginning I would only buy non-keep up weapons for your mob. You will probably encounter only big guys against which you would loose no matter which weapons you have 😁
