There isn't a skill that increases your turf limit but you can purchase turf limit increases from the Don for 12 respect points. Each purchase increases your limit by 1. Every 2nd purchase in a 24 hour period increases the cost by 1 respect point, returning to 12 after 24 hours.

So if you buy two increases at 12 points, your next 2 increases would cost 13 points. The next 2 would cost 14 points. But if you buy 2 and then wait 24 hours your next 2 would cost the normal 12 points.
