Just punch a few codes then punch on a few mobsters... you'll shake the rust off in no time.

Well, I can highly recommend ditching your shanks for either RPGs and miniguns, or Tommyguns and Lapuas. I assume the item system was a lot different five years ago, lol

No need to be fully armed if you aren't actively fighting. Just turf up, expand, increase the mob and you'll figure out what you want to achieve in the meantime
