What can i do with the C4 and fake bonds you don't need for the missions? I can have up to 10 C4's but only need 4 for the missions.

If they have a limit to the amount you can buy, then it raises influence as well as use in missions.

C4 doesn't raise inf.

Only the friend at godman sachs and fake bonds will do that.
