I've got an android and there dirsnt seem to be a way to troubleshoot and fix my gps tracker I cant place turf anywhere without it picking up the towns just the state, and it wont let me place new turf in airports.. nothing i can do?

Found your problem.
On a serious note, upon inspection, it seems that whichever dev in charge of adding city boundaries for the Greater Melbourne area got lazy and grouped it all under one Capo. Tough luck but nothing you can do except hope for an update that focuses on that.

That sucks tho hey, can't capo anymore, without capping haha
