How can I loot the turf “enhancers” that can make my turf bigger than 86 inf. ( besides attacking other turf, i don’t want enemies

Do the missions that have ‘chance of loot’ written in blue underneath them.
Take out a rival and Crack a Bank Safe are two of the more popular choices.
Port Heist and Burglary are other options.
There you may get loot to items to upgrade your turf to beyond 86 inf and to a max of 138 with all items equipped.
