I am in the downtown part of my city mainly populated by two people and about 100 of their turfs, how should I build my turf? Leave it low on influence so they can't cap it or should I build it up to 84 inf? Both other mobsters have about twice as much mob and influence as me and I'm always getting bullied by one of them...

You're going to have to work on your mob if you ever really want to be safe.

After you've got mob, get weapons for them to use.
