When I got loot I got something I can't use, called a union boss. I can't equip to turf, so should I sell it?

HELL NO.
Pretty sure you can use UBs. You can't unequip it though until lvl35.
Wait till lvl35 then you can use it to its fullest extent. You're lucky to have one.

You may want to mob up before equipping it. YBs are a big target for capture. I dont think you can sell it till ypu hit the proper level

Actually the bug seems to have been fixed so you can't equip them until level 30 either.

Just keep it. Those are hard to come by...Unless you do ALOT of Crack Bank Safe missions or cap turfs equipped with them.
