Manage inventory “YOU”

When I go into manage inventory, I see all of my turfs are equipped at the top, but the “YOU” has no options. What items should I buy that will equip the YOU?

Nothing. Those slots are for equipping Armor Piercing rounds, Balaclavas, and Toolboxes. You can read about their functions in the Loot List.
