  What drives a person the attack my turf, cap it, and sell it, rinse and repeat?

  I’ve had no interaction with them at all and as far as I can see I’m the only one they are targeting.

  It's probably just because they can. It's a war game, & some players just like to cap turf. Maybe stop building there for a while. You could use the anchorage airport & spread out to other places.🛩👉😵
