Do all weapons count, or do my mob members automatically equip the strongest weapons available

Each mob member cane use one weapon, one melee, and one armor. Nothing more. The game will automatically use your strongest defensive weapons when you're attacked and your strongest offensive weapons when you attack others.

If you have more weapons than you can use, they do nothing.
