What is the best way to set yourself regarding turf and weapons is one takes a break from this game

Level your turfs to 1 influence and keep enough money banked to rebuild should you decide to come back later

Sell all of your weapons that require upkeep, that way if someone does cap your turf you won't go into the negatives.

Put some 1 turfs in out of the way areas. That way if someone does go after them hopefully some will survive.

I need a rest coz I am a bit bored of this game but things might change in the future I guess. I cannot hop or travel cause I am 30 over my limit and I am not going to spend $20 or so just to get level. I might sell all weapons to build up income and then set all turfs to 1 or so. I will wait a bit and maybe set up in a new location.
