Can’t equip distribution center

I’m wanting to equip my distribution center but the game won’t let me. It let me equip my liquor license just fine, but any turf I select, I don’t see the distribution center anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?

You need to be the appropriate level. At level 60, you can equip any and all turf loot.
