I found it while doing a loot mission and Ik I can use it on a turf

It makes one of your turf anonymous on the map for 24 hours and the owner can only be revealed by attacking said turf. An Omertà’s color can also be changed under where you change your regular turf color.

Not if you’re setting up on an enemy’s turf during a battle.
