Banking?

I'm wondering is it better to deposit as you make money or after you accumulate more? If I was stronger then most, I wouldn't bother banking but I'm getting attacked and losing money.

To clarify, what would be the most finacially viable considering the 15% fee.
-
Dude 15% is 15% so its the same either way
-
Yep 15% of 100 is 15. 15% of 1000 is 150. What this means is if you bank in units of 100, by the time you reach 1000 150 will have been taken away. So there is no difference. Bank your money as a small player cause it can act as a deterrent for people to attack you.

Don't bank, not worth it.

totally agree, unless you plan on being away from the game for a period of time, don't bank.

Only bank if your losing more than 15% of your money.

I would buy weapons instead of banking. For newer players, buy Galesis and kevlar. They are the best low-level, no upkeep defense. When you get over 500 mob and are making more money, buy grenades.
Buy the weapons even if you do not have the mob for them. Think of it as an investment-the bank takes 15% of your cash. that's 15% you could spend on weapons later.
When you get attacked, you don't lose weapons. Buy ahead. Buy until you have 1000 of each. Then, as you add mob, you already have the weapons.
But don't buy extra weapons at the expense of turf. Look for my Turf Building tips for noobs thread. Use these two strategies and you maximize your income and cash, while minimizing losses.

Deposit $1 at a time an u loss no money but takes for ever

If you deposit $1 in the bank, you lose the whole dollar.

I just tested this theory. Not only did I lose the dollar I was trying to deposit, I also lost a dollar from my balance! So trying to deposit $1 = losing $2!If you deposit $1 in the bank, you lose the whole dollar.
