Number of weapons

Say I have 200 mob members. Is the max amount of guns I can use to attack capped at 200? Or can I buy 400 weapons and each mob member uses 2 weapons?

Only 1 weapon combined with 1 defense vest/suit per mobster.

I see a lot of the super high level gangsters with double their mobs in weapons is this because there is just nothing to buy after a point?

Some just don't pay attention. I keep my mob member total in RPGs and miniguns. (and obviously body armor) When attacking the game uses the gun with the highest attack. When defending the game uses the gun with the highest defense.
