So I got someone smaller than me taxing me on a turf. He took the turf from someone else so I'm thinking it's okay to cap him. i even hit him with a car bomb like a week ago to kinda give him a heads up. He just added more add-ons. I think its safe to say i can cap his turf with addons. Thoughts before I proceed?
