Missing loot

I just got a smuggling tunnel from crack a bank safe but when I checked my inventory it wasn’t there, I know that I am too low of a level to use it but I still got chainsaws back when I couldn’t use them. Anyone know what happened

I'm pretty sure it just isn't showing up in your inventory because you can't use it. Once you get to the appropriate level it will probably show.
