Using my DP

I am building up DP and I’m planning to use it on skill points so I can max every skill but if I don’t will I eventually max everything anyway from leveling up or is that not enough skill points and I will need to use DP to max it. If I don’t though, what should I use them on.

Good plan, should just take about 8 years. I'd use them on more turf limit myself.
