917K income before upkeep
900 hundred and expanding mob
Id like to have at least 500k income
Is minis and body armour way to go?

Forgot to add, money is no issue, I been saving in the bank. Don't think of the purchase costs please just the income :D

I get 1.2 mill income before and it costs me 900k to keep what I have. Need to keep my turfs low so I can plant some this weekend. My mob has outgrown my income so until my inf is raised I can't fully arm them.

I've got grenades for now. And Kevlar vests instead of body armour. Aks are a good budget weapon. There's a good thread done by belial in this forum I think.

I'd advise sticking to no upkeep weapons until you earn at least 2mil income. I earn 5mil excluding upkeep and I am fully armed with minis. I earn 2.6mil per hour, so they do eat your wallet.

I'll keep my minis, and what they don't help my mob I'll use aks...

I'm fully armed with bodies and minis, 650k upkeep. 1.3mil before upkeep.
Maybe stick with nades but body armor is a necessity if you expect company.

Buy some grenades & Kevlar so that you always have something for your mob members then. It will get tough to keep your income up if you don't increase your turf limit but do increase your mob (which you should always be doing). Plus, if you ever get in a situation where you have to sell your upkeep weapons, then you have something to fall back on.

Galesi 507s seem the most bang for your buck...? Plus no upkeep... At least to start out. Tell me if I seem to be missing something...
