Hi i have few trufs captured from other mobs. Those trufs paying huge sum as police bribes. How to get rid of this and what is the reason they pay police bribes ?

Same as all other policy bribes. Pay off the police to avoid this.

But check them again; it might be protection money paid to other turf because your new acquisition is still damaged and low in influence.

Get the free 5 Don points daily, you can get 25 total Don points a week, you should consider using 5 to pay off the cops for the entire week.

If you use consigliere Uncle Tom will take care of the cops for you too. Those need to be looted or the 5 don points. Most lie to save don points for extra turf.
