Also asking this question because i need AR15 rifles to do a loot mission on highest level and i just cant loot it for 2 weeks...

They’re pretty rare, so there’s most of your answer. Run CABS and pray you get some eventually. You could also try the Enforcer Loot Crate or the Port Heist mission, but those aren’t really bangs for your bucks.

Crack a Bank Safe has a wide range of good loot, including AR-15s...you just need patience.
I last got AR-15s on June 29: before that was June 1; & April 30 before that. They aren't a common loot - except during an event, under certain circumstances.👉😵
