Yellow when trying to plant a new turf?

I landed at an airport and I am trying to plan out a turf there. Instead of it being green it's yellow and it will not allow me to put a turf there? What's up?

Airports should only be green if you have a valid ticket. If you just landed, you used your ticket, & have to wait 2 weeks. You'll have to build within your turf's build radius, like anywhere outside of an airport.
Also, it's a waste of a ticket to build in an airport you're already in; so it's a good idea to hop out of them when you don't have a ticket available.👍🙂👉😵
