4 days without free Don Points...first won't even load the video...now the video plays but points don't register...don't advertise free points if you're not going to keep up with the game upkeep. I've played on and off for years and with my attempts to have anyone contact me have always gone unanswered 👍 Way to go guys!

If you’re on iOS, go to Settings>Privacy>Advertising>Reset Ad Identifier, and then exit Turf Wars.

If not, or if the option above failed to work, try toggling back and forth between your cellular data and wifi.
If neither of those options work, try spamming the button a few times. After about 20 attempts without success there’s really no other solution known. You can try deleting and reinstalling the app.

Thanks Nexx, I've done all the wifi toggling and that seems to work after many tries. Now the current problem is that the past 2 days the videos play, but now the Don points don't add to my Don point Tally...oh well...I'll just keep at it. I bought Don points a few weeks ago and that worked fine...I'll just keep at it 👍

Don’t know why it seems to be a mass problem. I just run the methods I posted and it works fine for me.

I never have ad problems after resetting the identifier. But like everyone else said, the ads are there but there's no reward.

I've sacrificed 3 extinct purple lions and a baby fur seal to the Turf War gods and still can't get my Dis-Reapect points to add on...these guys are asleep at the wheel...😬😳😵🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴

Also watching adds, but not getting points.
If I remember correctly, TW & Tapjoy deny responsibility for ads being available; so my guess is that nobody is responsible for Respect Points, either.😕👉😵

Of course...but they'll take my money. Especially since TurfWars is way past a serious decline. None of the programming or Maintanance crew are going to put much effort into fixing a "free" aspect of the game...they just want us to buy Don points...

The communication end of this game is laughingly atrocious and has always been that way. Support just hangs you out to dry. Only the dedicated active players try and help...they are the ones that should get paid...they are the real heros 👍 I salute them!!!

Wow.. I thought it was just me who had this issue.

So I only have about two ads a week (probably due to my location, no one puts some ads).

When I am lucky enough to see ads, no points are credited.

Thought it was just my internet connection but I guess not, now that I see some players experiencing the same.
