So, i'm new to the game, and in my area there is currently a lot of 86 influence turfs of an inactive player, and i have some doubts on how should i approach this situation.
Can i collect protection money from a 86 influence turf?
Can i leave just some of the turfs in the area to kep the same "other player's turf" income bonus and cap the rest, or should i leave all of them alone?
What should i do to get the most income?

Put out some loot over inactive player turfs so that you earn protection money from them. Capturing them for yourself is no different from simply planting one of your own for income.
