How i can capture a turf?

I can't capture a turf, the turf i attack goes down and nothing more and the capo of Berlin Thomas Martin capture my turfs so many times, i don't understand it

He is too strong for you to beat him. You can not capture a turf unless you can win.

And if the button says "Attack Turf" you can not capture. It will say "Capture" if you meet all the requirements, which can be found in the "HOWTO: Capture turf" thread.
