I have the abandoned mine i believe and i dont know how to apply it to my turfs

That's a smuggling tunnel. You equip it to one of your turfs just like any other upgrade but according to the help page available from your home screen you need to be level 60 before you can use it.

Well, this is the Help Forum, but maybe Dunn meant the Get Help tab on the home screen.
