Should I be swapping out all/most of my AK-47s for XM400 Miniguns.

No, you should be swapping them for no upkeep weapons and adding mob.

If you have a small mob, you have very little power; so weapons won't make much difference...may as well save money, for now.👉😵

A Player with 300 or so mob was able to win four rounds against my 500 and 50 when I was capturing a turf, Was there any reason for this, apart from randomness? m

You will see a mixture of wins and losses when you are that close in size.
