How often can I get my debt forgiven/ what are the mechanics?

1: Plant more turf.
2. Make sure your turf isn't being covered by another of higher influence.

Go to feedback and ask admin if your debt can be forgiven. This probably only works if you've been away from the game for a while, not if you're just a poor player. :)
