I was wondering what the "use item" button do to your turf? When I pressed it, there was a pen thing and I pressed it and it wanted me to name it. I just need an explanation on this.

Also I was wondering were and how I can loot for turf upgrades?

There will be 3 items to use on your turf, eventually.
1) Title Deed (what you already have) - allows you to change a turf's name
2) Omérta - allows you to make a turf anonymous for 24 hrs
3) Police map - increases build radius, allowing you to build further away

You get loot from certain missions, which will become available as you level.👉😵
