What is your favoured strategy when your turfs under threat?
1) Kamikaze attack-go on the offensive to weaken the vendetta players' health while ruining your own
2) Slash and burn-pull down turfs in range
3) cement shoes-keep sending them to ER till the shoes are all gone
4) apply all defensive upgrades
5) bide your time -revenge is a dish best served cold!

Get some mates together and form a counter vendetta and keep sending shoes and counter attacking!

Shoe them, then attack turf (cap or carbomb if possible) then blame it on the vendetta creator.

Defensive upgrades are a waste of money (IMO & from everything I've ever read).

Contact every player involved and remind them that their defenses are only at 60% while participating. Tell them their neighbors will love hearing this and capping is sure to follow. Next find all local turf owners in their areas and fill them in. Most will be very thankful. Lastly, hit their turf as manytimes as you can before the vendetta begins. Make them feel it in where the $ is. Once the vendetta begins concentrate on putting them in the hospital.

I personally would notify other players that your enemies are weakened and if they are disliked they will get destroyed. If that doesnt work, I'd do one of these things:
- If you can't afford a war destroy turfs in range;
- If you are facing a vendetta with mob sizes massive in proportion to yours, destroy turfs in range;
- If the vendetta total mob is less than yours, cap like crazy before they have a chance to mob up or get another member;
- If the vendetta total mob is the same as yours, knock each enemy's health to zero and keep it there.

Attack. Also move every turf I can to the area. Must feed the vendetta. But that strategy won't work well for most players
