I'm getting resistance. The in game explanation didn't help me understand it at all

Resistance starts when 30% of your turf total is from T another player.he more you cap, the higher the resistance goes. It is an anti-muling measure.

You need to either :

A: Build more of your own turf, or
B: Tear some of the turf down that was created by that player, or
C: Cap some turf from someone else

until the turf paying resistance goes below 30% of your total turf count.
