I'm new to the game and wondering, what's the maximum turf influence? I've seen a lot of turf with 86 influence, but I once saw one with 93 influence. What's the max, and how would you reach the max?

138 influence is the max. It can be attained by equipping turf loot which can be found by either running missions or capping them from other players. At level 60 you'll be able to equip all the different types of loot.
