This town is one over from my town and someone is capo ther and no one is here how long do I wait

U don't. U gotta cap his turf or have more inf than him. Then u instantly become capo. U may not see it, but that guy has a turf there, so he's capo.

You don't have to cap his turf. You just have to have the most influence in that town. You can do that buy capping or building.

And it's not instant. It usually takes about 15 minutes for everything to sync up.
