I find if i am capo of somewhere all my loot there gets capped so now i don't put loot anywhere i am capo.

Loot is considered fair game by all; that's why your turfs w loot are capped, has nothing to do w the fact that you're capo of the area

i know i just find it getts capped more where i am capo then where i am not. I am not saying i don't get capped where i am not capo and i am not bitching. I am just explaining my experiences because that was the original question.
