Plane ticket?!

How am I supposed to get a plane ticket if the airport is miles away from where I actually live?

I live 5 minutes away Fromm BHX (Birmingham UK airport) and it's not available. My closet one is manchester -_-

Any help/ideas/suggestions.

How else am I supposed to get a plane ticket?

I hopped 300 miles to my first airport. I have hopped thousands of miles since. That's one of the key accomplishments in this game.

I hopped 300 miles to my first airport. I have hopped thousands of miles since.
