Tap joy does not seam to work well. Watched a few 1 points videos, got the points but also made the 5 points for watching the regular ads in game go on cooldown. Is that suppose to be like that?

That's the way it works. The best thing to do is to get your 5 free points and then do tap joy. Wait 24 hours and repeat. At least that's how I do it.
