New turf

I try to catch new turf in a direction next to a street and it says it's not possible because I have to build next to a street or highway. Help?!

Plant somewhere else.

You will find many invalid locations in the world. Some suggestions:
1) Change geocoder
2) Start trying to build near edge of radius, & move towards core until valid is found, to maximize hop distance
3) Detour around invalid location, if possible
4) As a last resort, use a police map. Just remember that it is a loot item, & should be used sparingly, unless you have reserves.
5) Also, scout ahead before hopping, & before using police maps...plan your route
