Should I capture turf or attain protection money?

I'm only level 11 and my turf is maxing out at 30inf so it's pretty useless for getting protection money. What are my chances of capping? Is it worth it?

To cap you need more mob that are better armed than the other guy. So just save up and mob up for a while. Don't level up anymore if you can help it, for the next little while just punch codes to get a little army. Then when you're bigger than someone you can cap or tax as you please if there's a pile of turfs that are less than 86 then taxing them makes good money.
