With the next 7x loot event (and Bren guns😍) just around the corner I figured I'd take a moment to teach any new players some tricks to maximize their takeaway next week.
FYI. Bren guns are the most powerful weapon for your mob in the game, only available during special events. (40 attack, 29 defense, 0 upkeep)

#1. Save up your free don points! Being able to buy 2-3 energy refills each day during the event will give you 2-3x more chances of looting the Bren gun.
⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜⚜
#2 save those cannoli and toolboxes! Cannoli allow you to refill your energy for free, so they are an invaluable tool for maximizing your takeways. Toolboxes double the amount of loot that drops from a mission, so using a toolbox from your inventory and then running a mission during the 7x event will drop 14x the normal loot 😍. NEVER use cannoli or toolboxes when there isn't an event for Bren guns.

#3 Time out your energy recovery!! Time out how long it takes your energy to recover naturally and make

#4 Never expect Bren guns to drop. If you do missions to get Bren Guns, don't let yourself get down if none drop. Just keep trying and you're bound to hit the jackpot eventually.

What missions give the best amount? It's 7 times loot so does that mean the low lvl missions that grant loot give the same as higher ones? And would it be based on chance or 100% on loot missions

Bigwolf: there is only one mission that gives Brens. It's a special mission only available during bren events called "hijack a cargo ship"

Also note that bren guns are not available in any loot crates.

Are there certain requirements such as shit i need to have to run the special mission?

You need 10 or 15 ars and I believe lvl 40 to run the mission.

If I remember correctly, it's 10 ARs, 1 Union Boss, 500 mob, and you have to be level 50.

It's something like this, you shouldn't struggle too much to reach the minimum requirements. If you're having trouble locating a union boss just post here and we can help you find one nearby.

I did a mad rush to hit 40 before the event, but I need to get 50? 😔
The 500 mob req is gonna be tight too.

How so I find a union boss? Take one off an inactive player?

There ya go, have some experience 😜. To get mob quickly make sure to punch the temp codes, they have a fairly good return, and the best way to get a union boss is to find one on an inactive player and cap it.

I was afraid you would say that. I've been unable to find a target:
1) In Range
2) With a Union Boss
3) That I can defeat
4) That isn't active so they won't come back and destroy me

Any ideas on how to narrow my search?

Paxton brooks has one close to you in Martha Lake you should be able to cap without any problem. It's the 102 Inf turf that's turquoise. Good luck!

I found a Union Boss in one of my turf. It was missing 4 pts of regular stuff so it looked like a distribution center instead.

However, I'm fairly certain Mr. Brooks would want me to have his Union Boss so it isn't wasted. I had to leap frog two turf to reach it (creating 🐑 and 🐐) as 🦄 wasn't close enough.

I will cap it after the 24 hour waiting period. Thanks for your help!
