Lost upgrades?

So I had a liquor license and bag man on a turf. It never got taken and only was attacked by a weaker player a few time and now both upgrades aren't there. Anyone else ever have this problem?

No, I find it so weird because I wasn't attacked or anything.

At this point im not really worried though, I have some extras applied to my turf now and they haven't dissappeared so either I made a mistake and didn't realize it or what happened was a one time fluke
