Here is Sarcules strategic use of car bombs. Use them on an inactive's turf to bring it down from 84 so you can get protection money from it.

They do from car bombs, it's an attack. You may swell cap it instead.

Car bombs destroy upgrades which brings it's influence down, making it so that your 84 turf can collect protection money from it. Capping it would also give income but not protection money. Depending on placement you can generate much larger sums of money from protection turfs.

He is correct although i would make sure they are inactive first and not a big player who has simply forgot about the turf in ur area.

How do you know for sure that a player is inactive?

How do you know for sure that a player is inactive?
If they haven't dropped a turf in a long time, no comments, or other activity for a while. Sometimes you have to take a chance if unsure.

Take a look at their exp too, if it's something like 22000/16000 I'd put odds on them being inactive.
