Hi, how can you cap someone who is less than 10% of your influence, as it's happening to me by someone with considerably higher influence than me? (Them 400,000 me 17,000)

Once you're level 50, you can be capped regardless of your influence amount.

Hm you can be capped earlier than 50...

What about this 1week protection against other players? When it's over and you perhaps reach 40-45 you can be capped. I don't understand this 50.
