I've reduced a turf to 0 influence and I keep clicking capture this turf and yet I'm not capturing it? What do I need to do?

Are you close enough to capture?
Did the game offer you capture turf as an option?

You need to have at least 10% inf of the player you are attacking. This is the problem. Attack another of the players turfs to lower their overall inf or build some buildings that increase your inf. Then you should be able to capture "craigs".

I got to more than 10% yet still cannot take it..

Hmmm no doubt you arn't winning the fights. Maybie that could be it...
Try also upgrading the turf you are attacking from.
